These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FindRW, including our mobile apps, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, browsing as a guest, publishing a listing, or otherwise using FindRW, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FindRW is an online directory that helps people discover businesses, professionals, property, jobs, products, and other listings across Rwanda. FindRW provides a platform for users to create profiles and publish listings. FindRW is not a party to transactions, contracts, employment offers, rentals, sales, or other arrangements made between users. We do not broker, guarantee, insure, or escrow payments between users.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract under the laws of Rwanda to use FindRW. If you use FindRW on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must promptly update outdated details and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use FindRW lawfully and in good faith. You must provide accurate information; check a person, business, product, property, job, or service before relying on a listing; and never send money, share one-time passcodes, or transfer valuables unless you are satisfied that a transaction is genuine and safe. FindRW does not verify every listing and does not replace your own due diligence.
Profiles and listings are submitted by users. FindRW does not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, available, licensed, safe, or suitable for your needs. We may review, refuse, edit, hide, or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, offensive, spam, duplicate, or otherwise breaches these Terms. Featured or ranked placement does not mean we endorse a listing.
You must not: post false, fraudulent, or impersonating content; harass, threaten, or discriminate against others; scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission; interfere with the Service or other users; upload malware; use FindRW for illegal products or services; collect personal data from other users without a lawful basis; or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
FindRW may allow messaging, quote requests, calls, WhatsApp links, email, and other contact methods. You are responsible for what you send and for how you handle information you receive. Do not use contact features to spam users or to solicit outside prohibited transactions.
FindRW and its branding, design, software, and original content are owned by FindRW or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant FindRW a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You confirm you have the rights needed to grant that licence.
The Service may link to app stores, maps, payment tools, messaging apps, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. FindRW is not responsible for third-party websites, apps, or offline dealings between users.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindRW disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that listings, search results, maps, or communications are complete or current.
To the extent permitted by law, FindRW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service or from dealings between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to FindRW, remove content, or restrict features if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, if required by law, or to protect users or the Service. You may stop using FindRW at any time and may request account deletion through the in-app settings or by contacting support.
We may update these Terms as FindRW develops. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts of Rwanda, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
